Friendliness of the staff. We arrived early and was helped immediately. We were able to check in early. Ate at the restaurant. Food was excellent! Received fresh apples and a bottle of still water every day. Coffee machine with Nespresso capsules was a great treat!

Wonderful breakfast with hot choices in addition to the normal options (due to Covid it was all brought to the table). Nice bottomless coffee.

the restaurant serves delicious food, it’s convenient to find from Güttingen train station. Walking distance to Bodensee. most of the staff was very nice and friendly
